This class is suitable for absolute beginners! No experience required! But it's also suitable for experienced aerialists too :) The hoop provides the perfect frame for an endless variety of balances, tricks and routines. By hanging from a suspended steel hoop, you will learn to climb, pose, and hang upside down!
